iPhone Safari auto reloads during download

Running it locally, accessing it from pc works fine but on iPhone once it finishes downloading onnx/vision_encoder.onnx the tab auto refreshes (it still halfway done downloading onnx/decoder_model_merged.onnx). Using smolVLM but tested with others and it happens once its done downloading any big files.
