Add "Building an Angular Application" page in documentation

Feature request

Even though there is already a documentation page for the React and Vanilla sections, and it’s possible to infer how to implement it for Angular, it would be great to have a dedicated Angular implementation guide in the documentation. The reason is that the patterns for Angular are quite different. Additionally, Angular provides SSR (Server-Side Rendering) support out of the box, so simply copying and pasting the Vanilla example won’t work — the Angular compiler will fail when building the server-side code. It would be really helpful to have an explanation of how to implement it properly for Angular.

Motivation

Explain to Angular developers how to integrate Transformer.js into their library.

Hi there 👋 If you're interested in contributing a sample project to https://github.com/huggingface/transformers.js-examples too, that would be great :) We have starter templates for next, svelte, etc... so one for Angular could fit quite well!
