That'd likely depend on the system and how early the JS is executed. On macOS at least, I don't notice any flashing. On Windows or Linux, this might of course be different. I'll have a look. |

Well I'm open to progressive enhancement 100% as long as it doesn't impede on the appeal of the scrollbars, like the fact that they don't take up space like normal ones do and instead sit on top of the content |

The ScrollArea currently is non-functional when JavaScript is disabled. Ideally, the CSS overflow hidden properties should only be set once the JS code is executed, so it can seamlessly fallback to native scrollbars.
