Glowing indicator misaligned in Category cards (UI Bug)

Describe the bug
When selecting a category (e.g., Web Development) in the Browse by Category section, the glowing indicator/button appears at the rightmost corner of the document instead of appearing inside the selected category card..

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1.Go to Courses page.

2.Scroll down to Browse by Category section.

3.Click on any category card (e.g., Web Development).

4.See the glowing indicator misaligned at the far right of the page.

Expected behavior:
The glowing indicator should remain inside the selected category card, aligned with the round mark placeholder already provided in the card design.

Additional context
This is a UI alignment bug that creates inconsistency in the category selection experience.

Hi Team,

I have fixed the glowing indicator alignment for the category cards on the Courses page.

Reason:
It was using negative offsets (-top-2 -right-2)
When the card was selected it get transform, which moves the content.

Before :

After: aligned properly inside the selected card with hover and selection animations.

Also if you like the third kind of view ie making the indicator perfectly centered behind the icon, like a halo effect

Please review and merge if everything looks good.
