Support for mixed skin tones emoji

Right now we just support the single skin tone emoji by doing this: `:foo::skin-tone-2:`

We should support the new mixed skin tone emoji (introduced in emoji 12) by extending the syntax as follows: `:foo::skin-tone-4-2:`
