tron-api can't be used along with unit tests PHP 8.3.8 (Needs to be updated)

I can't set up tests on PHP 8.3.8, because this package interferes with phpunit, seems you forgot update this part

Problem 1

- comely-io/data-types 1.0.34 requires php ^7.2 -> your php version (8.3.8) does not satisfy that requirement.
- iexbase/tron-api v5.0 requires comely-io/data-types ^1.0 -> satisfiable by comely-io/data-types[1.0.34].
- iexbase/tron-api is locked to version v5.0 and an update of this package was not requested.`

Package is good in overall, but please someone take care of it
