What did you do right before the issue?

1. On server, ensure that HEVC Transcoding is set to "Always"
2. Open the app
3. Visit Live TV Hub
4. Live TV presents a black box.

What did you expect to happen?

I would expect live tv to load the clip and either direct stream the content or playback the HEVC transcoding.

And what actually happened?

When loading Live TV, you get a black box. Sometimes you will get audio, but most of the time you do not.

Disabling HEVC transcoding on the server allows for LiveTV playback on the device.

This affects both tvOS and iOS.
