[Bug]: iOS App Crashes to "Uh oh" when changing between WiFi and Cellular

What’s the issue in a sentence?

When moving from cellular to WiFi or vice versa, the app crashes to an "Uh Oh" error page.

What device or platform are you using?

iPhone/iPad (iOS)

How often does the bug happen?

Every time

What kind of media were you using?

None (UI/Navigation issue)

What did you do right before the issue?

1. Either have content playing, or just have the app open to one of the hubs.
2. Turn off WiFi via Control Center.
3. App Crashes to "Uh oh" page
4. Need to force close the app and relaunch.

What did you expect to happen?

I would expect the app to continue normal function, maybe hiccup slightly if content is playing as it re-buffers, but if the app is on the home page or a library page, I would expect no loss of content or crash page. If it did crash, I would expect recovery as it realized there was still a network connection, and not need to be force closed.

And what actually happened?

The app crashes to an "Uh Oh" screen and needs to be force closed and re-launched.
