On "old" Plex app, you could tap left to go back 10 seconds or forward to go 30 seconds. Now you have to seek which is very hard and inaccurate. At least on iOS you have the back and forward buttons. It seems tVOS only has the next and previous buttons which just skips to the next episode.

Use the old Plex app.
