feat(dev): paste image of QR code from clipboard

Description

Current situation

When encountering a rendered QR code, it is currently required to take a screenshot, decode it using an online decoding tool, then pasting the raw value into the "Scan" page.

Desired behavior

Pasting a screenshot of a rendered QR code from the clipboard directly into the "Scan" tab via Ctrl + V would improve DX since no file or online decoder would be required anymore.

This is only required on Desktop and should not be part of the mobile experience

This can be a frontend-only feature, no backend interaction required
