On the flipside, do we want to also make it easy for a user to remove fields?

I'm kind of picturing a filter at some point regardless. The question is more do we want to pass all the default fields in, or do we want to render those, and then run the filter and iterate over anything provided afterwards.

I would say a config page that saves the list into options used by each user
