feat: uninstall

uninstall pkgs that fit the signature that inflate find has

so:
inflate deflate [reponame] -U [username] -V [version]

maybe add a warning message asking if
- you really want to uninstalll
- if you want to uninstall multiple packages

just delete the relevant folder from appdata
