Modal for access settings

Description:

As a board owner, I want to be able to define the access settings for my template individually.

There are three access options, each with a short description:

1. Public Board – Everyone can access it (default).
2. Private Board (with password) – Access is only possible with a password that I can set or generate randomly.
3. Private Board (with approval) – Access is only granted after explicit approval from the owner.

Implementation:

• Before the board opens, an overlay modal appears, allowing me as the moderator/owner to select one of the three options.
• By default, "Public Board" is preselected.
• The modal should support both German and English.
• The design should work in light and dark mode.
• The modal should be fully responsive and adapt to different screen sizes.

Interaction Options (Buttons):

• "Cancel" (left) → Returns to the template selection or creation page.
• "Get Started" (right) → The board opens with the selected access settings.
