not working

Hi
I am trying to install pinboard for my server but showing blank page, when I enable the error log its showing the following error can you please help me to solve the issue.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function Doctrine\Common\Cache\apc_fetch() in /var/www/html/pinboard/vendor/doctrine/common/lib/Doctrine/Common/Cache/ApcCache.php on line 52

I have installed apc and after that I get an another error i.e
