Optimize `org-ibullets--keywords` by replacing redundant calculations with variables whose values are computed once: - `(- heading-end 2)` - `(- heading-end 1)` - `(match-beginning 0)` - `(match-end 0)` Additionally, enhance the clarity of the `org-bullets-level-char` function.
