[FEAT]: Support including custom properties in OIDC claims (organization level)

Describe the need

It would be nice if the provider supported the recently released (march 2026) functionality for including repository custom properties in OIDC claims at the organization level.

The GitHub API fully supports both the creation and deletion of these inclusions:
