[BENCHMARK] Use GEMM configuration file from CUTLASS

Description

Following PR #4720, which introduced the new config-tool.py utility, this PR updates the gemm benchmark to use a configuration file for GEMM located at benchmarks/cutlass_kernel/gemm.

This is still a temporary setup. Once the CUTLASS SYCL repository includes a unified configuration file with optimal settings for all shapes used in the Triton benchmark, the comment at the following line should be inverted
