1. What is the default behavior when not specifying defaultScope in the Container constructor options?
2. What is the default behavior when not specifying the scope in @injectable()?

For 1. i hoped Singleton
for 2. i hoped container.defaultScope

But i couldn't find info in the docs. Could somebody confirm it?
