[enhancement]: Workflows remember their last view

What should this feature add?

Currently, if I am in Workflows, zoomed in and working with a subset of nodes, and then switch to a linear tab and back, the Workflow view resets to the entire workflow rather than the zoomed-in view I previously had.

It would be great if switching tabs and coming back could preserve my view if at all possible (assuming no resize, orientation change, etc.).

Of course, Load Workflow should reset the view to the full workflow - that makes sense.
