[enhancement]: Allow to Drag and Drop images between Images and Assets

What should this feature add?

I would like to request a feature that will allow user to move images between Images and Assets by simple drag and drop action.

It will:
Help with restoring gallery after DB loss/corruption without external software.
Simplify importing images from different Invoke instances and store them as Images where they originally came from.
Move images from Images to Assets if they better fit that category.
