[Task]: Remove hardcoded base token dependencies from the app

Task description

We shouldnt need this packages/shared/lib/core/network/constants/default-base-token.constant.ts, the information should be taken from the nodes, hardcoding that data defeats the purpose of having it in the nodes, a node update could update that information at any time
