Color print

This seems like the perfect book I would like to read. Except the print version on Lulu is listed as "Interior Ink Black & white". Is there no color for code highlighting in the print version?

Hi! There is no color for code highlighting in the print version --- I already make almost no money on the printed copies, and color would bite into what little I have left. If there's sufficient interest, I could definitely set up one at a higher price point, though!
