"Index was outside the bounds of the array"error message

Describe the bug
When connecting to OneDrive I get an error message: "Index was outside the bounds of the array"

Expected behavior
Connect to OneDrive and start syncing

I'm getting the exact same error with a Dropbox connection in "Integrated" mode..

Windows 10 22H2 19045.6388

I've installed and reinstalled mountain duck. Tried 5.0.2, currently running 5.10 beta.

Removed the dropbox connection and flushed all caches.
Recreated the connection and it worked for a day, then disconnected (not even a reboot)
Attempting to reconnect gives this error.

It appears once the initial sync (17GB) is complete, I get this error and all future connections fail.

Please attempt to clear the cache by switching the connect mode set in the bookmark or by deleting and creating a new connection.
