Rebase on v0.70a

First of all thanks for your work, I was finally able to use emule on linux (wine) without the crashes I was having with high i/o.

I don't know if you're still working on this project, but I noticed the new 0.70a on irwir's github has several fixes, maybe it's worth rebasing?
