Description
We need to identify impacted protocols and create a plan once this standard is consolidated. VOSI is impacted, as it only uses GET (not HEAD) for, e.g. capabilities so the standard should include errors like “405 Method Not Allowed” for HEAD metadata (or change IAP to use GET so it is backwards compatible although this could be complex). Also, VOSI and SSO could be impacted due to the recommendation about securityMethod
