Live scoring updates on website

We want to give participants feedback about the scoring process as it happens, as it can be a long process.

Good options seem like:

• results.json is updated as soon as another volume is done scoring, so scores can be updated live
• post number of scores completed (and missing labels/volumes) to a json to use for a progress bar
• have a separate json specifically for participant directed error messages

Could an upload progress bar be implemented for large files like 'submission.zip'? It would help ensure that the submission process is completed successfully, as sometimes it's unclear whether the upload has finished.
