Create a playbook for expanding the cluster

MikeF and I would like to see a new playbook that allows us to add additional worker nodes to the cluster. It seems the logic is fairly straightforward:

• Accept variable for number of new worker nodes
• Accept variable for new new worker size (m5.4xlarge)
• Create new instances
  • user_data (fetch .ign files from bastion)
  • tags
  • security groups
• Check for CSR approval
