Added the info.plist file that is part of the 2.61 version of the workflow as installed by the updater

@jaroslawhartman Sorry to be a PITA, but are there any chances of this update being pushed? Right now getting "need to update" and downloading the same version is a bit of a hassle... not major pain but usually it comes up when it's least convenient 😉 |

Addressed the issue #63 where the updater, every time it's run, tries to install the same version that's already present as the comparison is done with an older version of info.plist
I've just added to my fork/branch the 2.61 version of the workflow as installed by the updater
