Resource Locator should be pass by props to Machine

Right now we are importing a resource locator erre-ele from node_modules dependencies to use it directly into the react-agains-the-machine code.

We should pass this dependency by Machine props as we are doing with bus, let clear what should be the resource locator interface to this prop.

I think that we should detach resource locator from React Against the Machine like we are doing with Bus and only describe an interface to handle the routing matches, the parameters read and so on.
