JAWS 関連レポジトリの承認フローがなかった、かつ、誰でもマージできる状態だったので改善します。

  1. 任意の2人の承認を必須
  2. コンテンツを更新した方は Slack チャンネル core-members-YYYY で承認依頼を投げる
  3. 誰かが承認のような流れを想定しています。
