5.8 Initialize

Explanation

This task initializes an Eclipse Plugin Development Environment, configured to use an unpacked sdk as the target platform. The created environment is seperate from any current run times, and is located in the jde/dev folder, along with other required files. This task can take a considerable amount of time to run.
