Remove or update stale bundle automation

Recently we updated our bundle automation to use an updated Cluster Service Version format that is compatible with OSBS and Freshmaker automation. However, we never removed the bundle automation that works with the old Cluster Service Version format. We should either:

1. Update the automation make it possible to toggle between the usage of either format
2. Remove the old bundle automation code
