Expanded Youtube URLs are not allowed

In the insert media model, if I try to add a Youtube Video specifying the full url (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pny4hoN8eII), it is not accepted.

Only the short form (http://youtu.be/Pny4hoN8eII) is accepted.

Can the validation be changed so that both the formats are accepted?

@sampritipanda It seems that this issue has been adressed by a developer but has not made its way into the code base of mercury yet. #402
