ContentPart tar files?

Saw the image sample this evening. Can we do something to transmit tar/arbitrary files along with requests?
I know a lot of models don't support attachments so it might not be something. great addition; image support.

It supports both file paths and base64, with base64 being more widely supported.

It is not intended to normalize at this point, as it is currently out of scope.
