How to use?

I guessed at how to install and it seems to work.

git clone https://github.com/jespersm/cytoscape-gremlin.git
mvn install

Open Cytoscape : Apps -> Install_Apps -> [Install from File...]
Navigate to the ~/.m2/repository/com/github/jespersm/cytoscape-gremlin/0.1/cytoscape-gremlin-0.1.jar and open.

Now I just need to figure out how to use it ;-)

When writing gremlin queries what are they expected to return? A subgraph? A GraphTraversal? I did a request that returned a GraphTraversal of vertices and I got only vertices, no edges.

If the query produces a GraphTraversal which represents a set of vertices they are loaded.

g.V().has('name','foo')

The application menu provides tasks with expand the original query.

• Connect All Nodes
• Connect All Selected Nodes
• Expand All Nodes Bidirectional
• Expand All Nodes Incoming Only
• Expand All Nodes Outgoing Only
• Expand All Selected Nodes Bidirectional
• Expand All Selected Nodes Incoming Only
• Expand All Selected Nodes Outgoing Only
