Adds python packaging for
cdk-nextjs.Projen configuration edited then ran
npx projenI know the Repo was renamed to
cdk-nextjsand notcdk-nextjs-standalone, but I decided to call the PyPi modulecdk_nextjs_standalonebecause the NPM package is still calledcdk-nextjs-standalone.
