Using a Surface Pro 7 ARM64 with windows pro.

Used the sqlexpress2022 bat file to create and run SETUP from the desktop. Tried to create a named instance with the default name (MSSQLSERVER). Ran into an unknown error code. Installation failed. MSSQLSERVER is listed in services but can't be started.

This is the same issue that I was having when trying to install SQLExpress2022 when downloading from Microsoft. Is there something that I am just not doing correctly. I am new to this.

This issue happens with the SQLExpress2022 and SQLDev2022. Error code:

Unknown error (0xe0000235)
Error code: 0x80004005

Suggested resolution is to try uninstalling and re-installing.
