It happened with the 2019 and 2022 install.

not really, but it might be an incompatibility issue. I tried myself using Windows Server 2025 for ARM64, and works great tho. Windows 11 is a Client OS and is not meant to host server applications btw.

Good to know. I think windows 11 was the only ARM options when I set up parallels. I'll have to give windows server a shot.

Windows 11 is a Client OS and is not meant to host server applications btw.

that's not fully right, there is windows "pro" which is supposed to allow host server applications such as sql server or iis, so microsoft should make their mind and fix it in windows 11 as well, as it seems win 11 issue 🤔
