Add support to access the HttpServletResponse in the RestExceptionHandler

I really like this small lib but I really would appreciate if the RestExceptionHandler could be able to access not only the HttpServletRequest but also the HttpServletResponse. Please provide a backward compatible solution. I will attache a pull request for this. A released version would be nice :-).
