As a manager I want to be able to add or change applications users, as well as view and
filter the list of all applications users (including blocked and soft deleted users). Each user
will correspond to a restaurant worker (either a cook, waiter, cashier or manager) and
includes the full name, username, e-mail and photo. The username and the e-mail should
be unique among all users.
Note that only a manager can create new users or change users’ e-mail.
