As a manager, from within the dashboard (US 31) I want to be able to declare “pending”
invoices or “terminated” meals as “not paid” invoices or meals (i.e. change its state to “not
paid”). On both cases, the associated invoice or meal must also change its state to “not
paid”. Also, the application must guarantee that all orders from a “not paid” meal that are
not in “delivered” state, change their state to “not delivered”.
