Firmware Update no success adapter 3.0 [solved]

Hallo,

for reason of many ebus errors i'd like to update my firmware (ebus adapter 3.0, Build: 20201122, original firmware) .
But i have no success. Using ebuspicloader by wifi i get the error: "unable to open xx.xx.xx.xx"(my IP) or "opened xx.xx.xx.xx:9999
read sync timed out" (even with -s option set).
I tried it by USB: Error "read sync timed out"
OTA-Update: "Update error: ERROR[10]: Magic byte is wrong, not 0xE9"
Any hint how i can update my firmware or what i'm doing wrong?

I have now managed to get my firmware update running. It was probably also my fault. After I reflashed the D1 mini, I found on the configuration page the note: "...make sure no ebusd or other client is using the device any more!". During a scan of my network I found a running ebusd daemon on a test Raspberry. Disabled and voi la...
