Section on Deferred and Promises

I'd like to see a section on the use of Deferred and Promises. This is a pain point that I see Angular projects fall into a lot.

I personally loath deferred objects. They provide little benefit over Promises aside from easier wrapping of existing non-promise based APIs.

I'd like to know more people’s consensus on the matter before jumping off and writing anything myself.
