scrolling on Android has this weird spring effect that keeps videos bouncing every time

I don't know if it's intended but it's a bit frustrating to use the app since this was added in February.

Sometimes a scroll is snappy near to no animation and sometimes its jumpingumping to the video after the next starts to play that and falls back to the next. Like two steps forward and one back..
