This fixes a few errors that arose when converting old Macintosh Eudora 2.x mailboxes that had spurious NULL bytes in filenames.
It also fixes an error where command line parameters were not pulled in correctly when calling Eudora2Mbox.py by itself (for converting individual mailboxes).
