Patchtester 5.0.0 is not working in Joomla 5.4-dev

Steps to reproduce the issue

In Joomla 5.4-dev install patchtester as extension from URL
https://github.com/joomla-extensions/patchtester/releases/download/5.0.0/com_patchtester_5.0.0.zip

Expected result

Patchtester component is installed

Actual result

Installation fails with: "You don't have the minimum Joomla version requirement of J6.0"

System information (as much as possible)

JBT, Docker container, PHP 8.4.7, MySQLi driver, MySQL 8.1.0

Previous Patchtester version 4.4.0 installation is working:

For information: Patch Tester version 4.4.0 is working for 5.3-dev and 5.4-dev branch versions, current 5.0.0 version is working on 6.0-dev branch

Tip: Once you have released Patch Tester you could test the latest Patch Tester version installation with all current four dev-Branch versions simple with JBT:

scripts/create
scripts/patchtester
