Organization_ID requirement in some resources

Hi. Thanks for awesome tool.
Some of resources(awx_credential_scm, awx_credential_machine, maybe more) have requirement of organization_id, that AWX does not(I can create these things in UI and organization is not a necessary field). Is it a bug, or I'm not understanding something?

In ansible module for awx, it is also not required param

I modified provider's code (make this attributes optional), but got new error, that makes all clear.
This thread is an answer: ansible/awx#13864
Organization is not required, if team or user is provided. In case of create in UI, AWX creates credential with user attribute.
