feat: enhance add-user-to-repository script with error handling and response checks

Enhanced error handling and messaging:

• Captures the output and exit code from the gh api command to better detect and report errors.
• Adds specific handling for "Not Found" errors, informing the user if the repository does not exist or if there are insufficient permissions.
