Improve Mobile UI Layout for Tooling Page (Heading, Spacing & Controls Cleanup)

The mobile view of the JSON Schema Tooling page currently shows:

1.The heading breaking into multiple lines on smaller screens
2.The "Group By" controls appearing in left, which feels visually unnecessary and adds clutter on phones.

To improve readability and visual hierarchy on mobile, the following changes are proposed:

✅ Proposed Changes
Make the heading fit on a single line for small screens
Hide or collapse the "Group By" section below the md breakpoint

🎯 Expected Result

Cleaner, more compact layout on phones
Improved readability of the primary heading
