Localization

Some kind of localization for the descriptions/headings would be nice. Best case would be seperate localization files + picking language in cli.

So I think we should start progress on this one now =D

I'm going to create a locales folder in this repository (temporarily) and start creating translation files and pointing others here to do the same.
